Valley Classical Concerts Ticket Policy & Information
Tickets may be purchased online, by mail or by phone.

You will be assigned the best seat(s) available when you place your ticket order online. If you have a preference, for example balcony vs. floor, please make your request under Ordering Instructions.
To have tickets mailed to you, there is a $4.00 shipping fee per transaction. If you select pick up, then the tickets are held for pick up at Will Call on the day of the concert.
All ticket sales are final – we cannot offer refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another concert in the same season, if seats are still available. Please call the Box Office ahead of time. Tickets cannot be exchanged at the door of any concert.
Tickets purchased the week of the concert are held at Will Call. On concert weeks, tickets cannot be purchased online after 1pm on Friday.

Valley Classical Concerts is not responsible for any media errors regarding ticket prices, times, and dates of concerts. All concert details are as noted in Valley Classical Concerts materials and the website.
